Volunteering

Program Volunteers

Program volunteers work directly with our members and facilitators within our creative sessions. Volunteer opportunities are available across our programs and studios in areas such as literacy and numeracy, music, art, video making, and cooking. You could be a part of fostering an inclusive environment, supporting our members to reach their goals, and celebrating their achievements.

Volunteering in our programs is best suited for those looking to make an ongoing weekly commitment, or to commit for a block of time.

Event Volunteers

Volunteering in our programs is best suited for those looking to make an ongoing weekly commitment, or to commit for a block of time. Program volunteers must be over the age of 18, and be able to complete a free NDIS check.

We are always looking for volunteers to help us run our events and public activities. There are opportunities to assist us in the lead-up to events, such as, running our market stalls, installing and minding exhibitions, assisting backstage or in front of house for our performances, and assisting at fundraising events.

Volunteering at Studio ARTES events is perfect for students, or those looking for a short-term commitment.

Corporate volunteer opportunities are flexible, crafted to fit your allocated time frame, and can cover a wide range of opportunities such as working directly with our members, getting your hands dirty by repainting and gardening, or working within the skillset of your workforce to improve systems and services.
