All feedback is important to us, so we know what we are doing well, and what we can improve on.  Complaints are formal negative feedback that we take very seriously, and have a procedure that we follow to ensure that we investigate the issue you raised, and follow it up with you.

Studio ARTES follows a procedure for making complaints, feedback, or compliments. You can communicate with us in any way you find easiest, or more comfortable.  We may contact you for further information on what you tell us, and we will always get back to you about any complaint.
